1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original state.

  • Once approved, our team will guide you through the return procedure.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via cash at the time of pickup or as per the mutually agreed method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
